In a deal that was supposed to be I accompany him for Fish while he accompany me for Jay, I'm at this concert. BUT I CANT GET TIX FOR JAY IN SG!!! (Thus the watching his concert in HK part cos it was being held there while I was going there.)

Anyway, no regrets. Her vocals are the best that I've heard in concerts. Really soothing.. (& of cos the Ah Shin part, even thou he only sang like, one and a half song (知足&擁抱) after flying him 4 hrs over?)

$144 seats. Not the one buying the tix.

Rays of Light from the revolving discotheque ball thingy.

Ahhh Shiiinnnn~~

*drools*

He's looking kinda old.. or tired..

She was crying..

Encore Part. She looks sweet in this t-shirt n jeans combi. Oh her tee is some illusion thing. 2 faces facing each other.

Too bad its not the special one beside me.. Still missing anyway.

Hong Kong-ers from a Tourist's Point of View

The usual round up.

Efficient Transportation

My, I LOVE their transportation. Far more efficient than our MRTs, SBS buses, cabs, combined!! Their MTR travels probably 50% faster than our MRTs; Cabs cheaper and controls the traffic very well; many bus services plough similar routes and drives at racing speeds. Simply woah~~ So long as they can get me to point A to point B in the minimum time possible, its good. Safety-wise, the road users all have some form of unwritten understanding and they dun horn all over when someone simply cuts into their lane.

Probably Singapore should address the issue of efficiency rather than simply raising transportation cost alone on basis that operating cost is going uphill. Damn I'm still pissed over the cab fare hike. This is a monopoly/transportation collusion in the making!! Forcing commuters with no choice but to abide. N the drivers are not the ones benefitting when demand for cab drops. Blah!!

Language Barrier

It wasnt as bad as I thot it would be, on account that BOTH of us doesnt know Cantonese. I can understand slightly but I'll still reply in Mandarin.

Food

I love their maggi noodles. HAHAHAH.. They call it 公仔面. And just like in Japan, their food tends to be more of the salty side. Now it got me wondering. Is it that they are salty, or that Singapore is too health conscious and people are "constructed" to be more salt averse.

Seriously I din spend a lot on this trip. Which is quite a good thing. Hehe. And for your info, my Jay Chou tix costs probably SGD 30 plus. Even the best seats are going for less than SGD 100. Singapore is too overpriced. Seriously.

Still a lot more of Hong Kong for me to explore the next time round.

Hong Kong Squeezed-In Trip Day 5 - Guest Blogged by 浪迹天涯小狗

At Senate Square, early in the morning.

Woke up freaking early cos we had a flight at 1020 to catch and we have not seen enough of Macau!!

Macau and HK is perpectually always misty while we were there.

Caltex service station just outside Casa Real.

Empty streets. Too early, even the tourist traps of portugese egg tarts are not open yet.

Statue at Sao Paulo Cathedral

Ruins of Sao Paulo

Beyond the gates

Mistress like this pic. Very "genuine".

It happened to be some 80,000 Walk Day while we were there, so we saw a lot of ppl on the streets representing their organisations. Some on casino tours.

The brightly lit buildings at night as seen in daylight.

Time to conclude the trip. We rushed our way to the airport for the Tiger flight back to SG.

Grand Prix watch tower.

Till next time.

Checked into Casa Real at around 7+, took a while to clear the Customs again.

Took a walk around the neon lit town before having our dinner at Porto Exterior. Good food they have there.
